What verification requires
Before a profile is marked as claimed or verified, the provider should confirm its legal name, authorised representative, physical campus, official registration or accreditation where applicable, programmes, teaching languages, admissions contact, fees, and current academic-year information. ApplyToSpain may request supporting evidence and may remove claims that cannot be substantiated.
Standard, claimed, and sponsored
A standard editorial profile provides public information. A claimed profile lets an authorised representative maintain accurate information. A sponsored profile may receive clearly labelled enhanced placement, richer media, lead tools, and reporting. Sponsorship never buys verification, a positive rating, an editorial recommendation, or guaranteed enquiries.
Information to prepare
Prepare the legal and trading names, provider type, campus locations, registration or accreditation references, age range or study levels, curricula or qualifications, languages, programmes, intake dates, admissions requirements, total fees, scholarships, accommodation or boarding, student support, safeguarding contact where relevant, refund terms, official website, and high-quality licensed images.
