Refund Policy

Paid scope, deliverables, included revisions, timing, and refund terms should be confirmed in the proposal or invoice before work begins.

Government fees, university fees, third-party charges, translations, courier costs, and completed work may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Subscription cancellation stops future renewal and normally does not refund a period already started. Duplicate charges, billing errors, service non-conformity, mandatory consumer rights, and signed enterprise terms are reviewed separately. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Provider managers and owners can use the clearly visible manage or cancel subscription control in the provider portal. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, send an unequivocal request to hello@applytospain.com; receipt will be acknowledged. Refunds due by law are returned without undue delay using the original payment method where required.
