Terms and Conditions

Terms for using ApplyToSpain and requesting Spain application support.

Terms and Conditions

Service scope

ApplyToSpain provides independent guidance, coordination, document support, and admission/application planning. It is not a government office, law firm by default, consulate, or university.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee visa, residence, admission, employment, business, appointment, or renewal approval.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, review documents before filing, meet deadlines, and verify official requirements.

Marketplace profile states

An editorial profile is built from public or licensed sources and is not provider verified. A claimed profile means a representative's authority was approved; it does not mean the provider, programme, accreditation, fees, outcomes, or visa suitability are verified. A verified label is a separate time-limited review decision and may expire or be withdrawn.

Paid placement and ordering

Featured, Growth, and Enterprise plans may receive clearly labelled sponsored placement only while a paid subscription is active. Sponsored profiles are ordered before standard results and then alphabetically unless a user applies filters. Payment never purchases verification, accreditation, admission, ranking, or a favourable review.

Provider warranties and revisions

Representatives must provide accurate, current, lawful information and hold all rights, permissions, releases, and licences for uploaded text, logos, photographs, and other media. Profile changes are revisions subject to moderation and do not publish automatically. ApplyToSpain may request evidence, correct or reject claims, suspend content, or preserve audit records.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly and annual provider plans renew through Stripe until cancelled. Price, billing interval, tax treatment, entitlements, start date, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Managers and owners can use the provider portal to manage or cancel the contract. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless law or a written contract requires otherwise.

Reviews and moderation

Reviews must reflect a genuine relationship, avoid personal data and unlawful content, and may require attendance evidence. ApplyToSpain may reject, remove, label, or investigate reviews and provider content under its moderation rules.
